St. Vincent is an American singer-songwriter/musician.   People love to make fun of Twilight, but the movie soundtracks were always fantastic, and I have the second one to thank for turning me on to St. Vincent’s music.  It was her duet with Bon Iver (which coincidentally turned me on to his music, as well) that introduced to me St. Vincent (real name, Annie Clark).  I quickly downloaded her debut CD, and it was love at first quirky listen.

St. Vincent is such a unique artist – her music can’t really be defined by one genre.  She writes eclectic songs, with poetic lyrics and music that you won’t be able to easily forget about.  She also puts on one hell of a live show.
