Michael Jackson – Fan Tribute and Archive | Snippets
My love for Michael Jackson’s music spans almost my entire life. Growing up, his songs were woven into my childhood — from hearing “Human Nature” as my very first musical memory to obsessively watching Moonwalker and Thriller: The Making Of on VHS. Michael’s music, energy, and spirit were constants for me through every stage of my life.
In my early years, I created my very first website in his honour (on a Webtv, no less), spent my summers listening to Bad on cassette, and covered my bedroom walls with posters of him alongside other pop idols. Even through periods of doubt, especially after his passing and the release of Leaving Neverland, I found my way back to Michael through deeper research — and ultimately, through a complete understanding and conviction of his innocence.
Today, Michael Jackson means even more to me than he did when I was a kid. His music helped pull me out of a very dark period in 2023, and in 2024, my fandom reignited stronger than ever. I dove into every era, every demo, every unreleased track, and even attended MJ: The Musical and Brad Sundberg’s “In the Studio with MJ” seminar. Hearing songs like “Someone Put Your Hand Out” and “Keep the Faith” at these events felt like receiving personal messages from him.
Michael isn’t just a favourite artist to me—he’s a lifelong soul connection, a mentor through music, and a reminder to keep chasing my dreams no matter what.
