It’s always a bit embarrassing for me to say that Ariana Grande is one of my favourite artists. I’m a woman in my late-30s and I feel like her brand of bubbly pop/R&B music isn’t really for me. But I’ve always been a sucker for a pop diva, and Grande is definitely that.

I’d always been aware of her music, but it wasn’t really until “One Last Time” came out in 2015 that I really started paying attention to her. I’ve really enjoyed her albums from My Everything and onward. Her vocal range is truly impressive, and she has some excellent songwriters and producers who know just how to craft the perfectly catchy pop music that I can’t resist listening to.
